The Lighthouse Mentorship Program helps young men and women — especially those without strong guidance — find high-paying careers, build character, and create a life worth living.

How The Lighthouse Mentorship Program Works

The Lighthouse Mentorship Program is designed to give young men and women a clear path into high-paying skilled trades and a stable future.

We combine hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, financial education, and real-world job placement to help our mentees build confidence, discipline, and long-term success.

This is not just about getting a job — it’s about learning how to build a career, manage money, and create a life worth living.

1. Apply and Get Connected

Young men and women apply to the program and are connected with guidance, resources, and mentorship to help them clarify their goals and next steps.

2. Learn and Prepare

Mentees receive coaching, trade education, safety guidance, and financial literacy to help them prepare for high-paying skilled trades and long-term career success.

3. Move Into Opportunity

As partnerships and training programs expand, the Lighthouse Mentorship Program works to connect mentees with hands-on training and job opportunities in the skilled trades.

Why The Lighthouse Exists

The Lighthouse Mentorship Program was created to fill a gap that too many young people fall into — growing up without strong guidance, clear direction, or someone who believes in them.

Without mentorship, many drift into low-paying jobs, debt, or destructive paths. With the right guidance, training, and accountability, those same young people can build powerful, meaningful careers in the skilled trades.

Our mission is simple: to provide structure, mentorship, and a clear path forward for young men and women who are ready to work, grow, and build a life worth living.

Meet the Founder

The Lighthouse Mentorship Program was founded by Robert Briscoe — a skilled tradesman with nearly two decades of real-world experience in crane operation, rigging, and heavy equipment across the United States.

After years of working in the field, Robert saw firsthand how many young men and women enter the workforce without guidance, financial education, or anyone to help them avoid costly mistakes. He also saw how powerful the trades can be when someone has the right mentor and the right mindset.

The Lighthouse was created to give young people what so many never had — structure, accountability, and a mentor who has walked the road ahead of them.

Robert’s Experience

• Nearly 20 years in crane operation, rigging, and heavy equipment

• Worked across multiple states and job sites in the skilled trades

• Experienced mentor to young men entering the workforce

• Background in safety, discipline, and real-world jobsite leadership

Robert doesn’t just teach from theory — he teaches from experience.
